A few more tips: Remember that...Good stuff, David!<br /><br />A few more tips: Remember that you don't want to throw water on a fire in the kitchen, especially a grease fire-- it can actually make it explode into something bigger. Have some baking soda on hand to smother it with.<br /><br />Also, if you can fine a class in fire safety or emergency preparedness, take it! It's great to practice with fire extinguishers.
