However, having said that, the book does tell you that nut milks and coconut milk can be substituted in recipes which call for regular milk, AND that virgin coconut oil can be used in place of butter (not all of the recipes call for butter; many of them use olive oil, coconut oil or safflower oil) . The book...Hi Peggy, thanks for liking the blog! <br /><br />The book is paperback and if you have Martha's "Cookies" book or her "Cakes" book, it is identical to those in format.
